Healthy is expensive

For a healthy life for those who were well off but it is not difficult for those who live below the poverty line is impossible. To live a healthy life are like two blades equally impossible to avoid. One side if you want to live a healthy life then they should eat vitamin-paced clean (nourishing), quite expensive but it does not have sufficient funds. While on the other hand they have to take potluck (malnutrition, little portions, sometimes there are not even eat one or two days)
